We all know life if tough! So much so tough that, we crib and complain for simple things like - I don't eat on time, I missed my cab, missed an important call, why are they not talking to me, so on and so forth. If we reflect, we know how foolish and annoying it is to worry about. There are few things rather three things if you can practice on a day to day basis, they make life easy and happy! Practice is decent than complaining!!
Know your time: To plan a day is an old thing. What will I do with a plan when I don't know my time. Therefore, I say know what sort of time you have in a day. Try if you can make some more time out of 24 hours. For example, I'll wake-up half an hour early and go to bed half an hour late, there you go - you have an hour already in your hand. Also, realize sometime for yourself. It could be small time but keep it for yourself completely.
Know your tasks: Now that you know your time, it is time to know your tasks. This is another thing which looks easy. But, certainly not. In the efforts to make a task list, write all of them and then strike off the routine and can be delayed ones. It is wise to have both personal and professional segregation to ensure you are not missing out on personal life, which is oft the case. It is important to do that job first which stops you worrying and delaying the rest of the "to do list" for that day.
Know your weaknesses: When I say weakness, it's not physical in this context. It can be anything which will stop you from religiously following your task list. It can be forgetfulness, laziness, and continuously postponing sort of weaknesses. These are your actual reasons for worry and complain, which you tend to speak it as lack of time or showing someone else as a core reason. Once you start trying to over come at least one at a time, the results will encourage you to over come the rest.
It is easier said than done! I knew it. Believe me, certainly not difficult. Difficult may be to start with as it is a new way of approach. Once you tune yourself to practice these three golden rules without fail for couple of months, the results will propel the rest of the story for the rest of your life. No Complains = Happy Life!!!
